Overview
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in a broad change and transformation program within a leading private markets investment firm. Reporting to the Head of Change, this position focuses on process improvement, requirements gathering, and technology changes across the investment lifecycle while engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure accurate translation of business needs into actionable requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support process improvement initiatives within investment operations.
- Conduct requirements gathering and documentation for technology changes.
- Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Map complex investment and operational processes.
- Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
- Assist in supporting key systems and data initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong experience in private equity or private credit environments.
- Proven expertise in process mapping and business process improvement.
- Experience with DealCloud implementation is a plus.
- Familiarity with Medallion Architecture is advantageous.
- Prior experience working with or implementing a TMS in financial services is required.
