Requirements
- Experience in technology business partnering, business relationship management, or a similar stakeholder-focused role.
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Familiarity with technology strategy, technology planning, or roadmap development.
- Experience in demand management, portfolio management, or technology governance.
- Skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, or solution shaping.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience working closely with technology, service delivery, transformation, or operational teams.
