Overview
The Change & Training Coordinator will lead the training and adoption journey for a major system rollout and AI tool integration within a UK organization. The contractor will develop effective training strategies, create engaging learning materials, and support employees in utilizing new digital tools. This role requires a proactive individual to cultivate a network of internal Training Champions and ensure success through comprehensive support and measurement of adoption rates throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end training and digital adoption strategy.
- Design engaging training for various user levels including Admin, Finance, and Field Operatives.
- Create practical guides, video tutorials, and bite-sized mobile learning content.
- Deliver webinars, workshops, and one-to-one coaching throughout the UK.
- Build and develop a sustainable Super User / Training Champion network.
- Embed practical workplace AI tools into everyday business processes.
- Measure adoption, training completion, and user competency during the rollout.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and overcome resistance to change.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in IT training, digital adoption, or change initiatives.
- Proven experience designing training for diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong instructional design and change management skills.
- Experience with workplace AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Ability to simplify complex software into engaging learning materials.
- Willingness to travel across the UK to support teams on-site.
- Experience in field service, construction, logistics, or facilities management is desirable.
