Overview
We are seeking a Change Coordinator to lead the training and adoption efforts for a major technology rollout within the utilities sector. This role will involve collaborating with various teams including office, finance, and field operations to ensure successful integration and user confidence in new systems and AI tools. The Change Coordinator will develop training materials and facilitate a network of support to promote effective usage and long-term adoption of the changes.
Responsibilities
- Develop role-specific training programs and materials for various user groups.
- Build and grow a network of Training Champions and Super Users to aid in adoption.
- Create engaging content, such as guides and training videos, tailored to diverse audiences.
- Deliver training via webinars, classroom sessions, and one-on-one coaching.
- Support the rollout of AI tools, ensuring safe and effective usage.
- Track training completion and adoption metrics, collaborating with business leaders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading IT training or digital adoption initiatives.
- Strong background in creating and delivering training for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication skills with a knack for simplifying complex software.
- Familiarity with workplace AI tools like Copilot or ChatGPT.
- Knowledge of change management and adult learning principles.
- Experience with training tools such as WalkMe, Whatfix, Microsoft 365 and Teams is a plus.
- Experience in sectors like field service, construction, logistics, or facilities management is desirable.
