Overview
The Project Controls Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing project planning and performance during the FEED phase of the Nafoora Redevelopment Project. Working closely with the Engineering Management Team, this role is focused on implementing robust project controls, ensuring effective data management, and providing strategic insights to enhance project delivery. Responsibilities
- Lead project reporting, forecasting, and budget hours management.
- Develop and baseline the project schedule.
- Implement document control and administration processes aligned with contractual requirements.
- Establish change management controls to safeguard budget hours.
- Oversee information management systems to ensure efficient data flow.
- Deliver progress reports and early warnings regarding performance risks.
- Provide independent leadership in planning, cost management, and document control functions.
- Support the Engineering Management Team with advice on risks and project controls.
