Communication Change Manager

Overview

The Communication Change Manager will support a Cyber Risk Programme, overseeing multiple technical projects and focusing on stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and communication strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and ensure effective implementation of program outcomes, navigating complex organizational dynamics to minimize disruption and maximize readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive communication plans to align with programme milestones.
  • Create targeted communication strategies that articulate change initiatives clearly.
  • Conduct discovery activities to assess stakeholder needs and change requirements.
  • Perform stakeholder mapping and audience segmentation for engagement strategies.
  • Facilitate workshops with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Maintain action tracking and governance reporting across change workstreams.
  • Monitor and escalate change-related risks and dependencies as necessary.
  • Support concurrent technical projects within the Cyber Risk Programme efficaciously.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Change Management and Communications roles within large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, discovery activities, and challenge management.
  • Proven ability in conducting stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments.
  • Expertise in communication planning and creating effective change narratives.
  • Experience facilitating workshops for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong governance, action tracking, and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.
