Overview
The Communication Change Manager will support a Cyber Risk Programme, overseeing multiple technical projects and focusing on stakeholder engagement, change impact assessments, and communication strategies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and ensure effective implementation of program outcomes, navigating complex organizational dynamics to minimize disruption and maximize readiness.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive communication plans to align with programme milestones.
- Create targeted communication strategies that articulate change initiatives clearly.
- Conduct discovery activities to assess stakeholder needs and change requirements.
- Perform stakeholder mapping and audience segmentation for engagement strategies.
- Facilitate workshops with project managers and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Maintain action tracking and governance reporting across change workstreams.
- Monitor and escalate change-related risks and dependencies as necessary.
- Support concurrent technical projects within the Cyber Risk Programme efficaciously.
Requirements
- Significant experience in Change Management and Communications roles within large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, discovery activities, and challenge management.
- Proven ability in conducting stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments.
- Expertise in communication planning and creating effective change narratives.
- Experience facilitating workshops for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong governance, action tracking, and reporting capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously in a complex environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities.
