Overview
The Oracle HCM & Payroll Test Manager/Test Lead will play a critical role in overseeing the end-to-end testing strategy for a significant Oracle Cloud transformation project. The contractor will lead and coordinate testing efforts, navigating the complexities of Oracle HCM and Payroll systems while collaborating with business stakeholders and implementation teams to ensure successful delivery through all testing phases.
Responsibilities
- Lead the test strategy, planning, and execution for Oracle HCM and Payroll.
- Manage System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Payroll Parallel Runs, and Regression Testing.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional leads, implementation partners, and third-party suppliers.
- Oversee defect management, test governance, reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Ensure payroll-specific testing scenarios, legislative requirements, and interfaces are validated.
- Drive test readiness and assist with cutover and go-live activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading testing on Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Payroll implementations.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes including Core HR, Absence, Talent, Recruitment, and Payroll.
- Experience managing large-scale transformation programmes and complex integration landscapes.
- Familiarity with test management tools and structured testing methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
