Overview
The Change Coordinator will oversee the training and adoption strategy for a major new system rollout and AI tool integration within the utilities sector. This hands-on position involves collaborating with various teams, including office, finance, and field operations, to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and methodologies across the organization. The role requires the development of training materials tailored to diverse users, aiming to enhance user confidence and effectively integrate AI tools into daily workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of training programmes and materials for users of varying digital literacy.
- Build and cultivate a network of Training Champions and Super Users to support long-term adoption.
- Produce engaging training content, tutorials, and guides, including mobile app onboarding for field operatives.
- Conduct training sessions through webinars, classroom activities, and one-on-one coaching.
- Monitor and report on training completion, adoption rates, and user competency metrics.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Field teams to ensure effective integration of new systems.
- Address user resistance through proactive change management strategies and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading IT training or digital adoption programmes with a track record of meeting project timelines.
- Strong ability to train diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical users.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex software processes.
- Familiarity with workplace AI tools like Copilot and ChatGPT, along with change management best practices.
- Experience with digital adoption tools such as WalkMe or Whatfix is advantageous.
- Background in field service, construction, logistics, or facilities management is highly desirable.
