Overview
We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architect with extensive experience in AWS to lead the development and management of an AI-powered voice technology platform. This hands-on role will involve defining cloud architecture and overseeing the operations of the platform in a live environment. The Cloud Architect will work closely with engineering teams, focusing on integrating AI and telephony workloads while ensuring high security and availability standards.
Responsibilities
- Own AWS architecture and hands-on engineering delivery.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available AWS infrastructure.
- Manage Kubernetes, EKS, EC2, and AWS networking.
- Support AI/ML workloads using Amazon Bedrock and SageMaker, including voice and telephony integrations.
- Troubleshoot complex networking, TCP/TLS, SIP/VoIP, and connectivity issues.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Ensure cloud security, IAM, monitoring, and operational resilience.
- Provide technical leadership and collaborate with engineering teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or solution architecture.
- Extensive hands-on AWS architecture and engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, and cloud networking.
- Experience troubleshooting complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Proficient in CI/CD, automation, and scripting skills (Python/Bash).
- Strong knowledge of AWS security architecture.
