Overview
In this role as a Data Engineer, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of data products and platforms for a leading consumer brand. Collaborating closely with analysts and business stakeholders, you will design and implement data pipelines that facilitate timely and effective data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable data pipelines and data products.
- Build and maintain data models and ELT processes.
- Work extensively with SQL and Python.
- Integrate new data sources and APIs into the data platform.
- Improve data quality, observability, and reliability.
- Contribute to architectural and technology decisions.
Requirements
- Strong SQL and a solid understanding of data warehousing, data modelling, and ELT.
- Programming experience in Python or a similar language.
- Experience building data pipelines and working with APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data infrastructure and distributed environments.
