Overview
We are seeking an experienced AWS Data Engineer to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. In this fully remote role, you will build and maintain data pipelines, develop scalable data solutions, and support the integration and transformation of data across cloud platforms, collaborating closely with engineering and analytics teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop data pipelines using AWS and Databricks.
- Build scalable data processing and transformation workflows.
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance while working with large datasets.
- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to deliver robust data solutions.
- Optimise existing data pipelines and contribute to ongoing platform improvements.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS data services.
- Proven experience using Databricks in a production environment.
- Solid proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience in building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines.
