Overview
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Manager for a pivotal role in a fast-paced consultancy, supporting an ongoing technical transformation over a six-month contract period. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving delivery across agile teams and managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery. This role requires a strong ability to operate effectively in dynamic environments while bridging the gap between engineering and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery across one or more agile teams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure products and platforms are delivered on time and to scope.
- Implement structured delivery approaches while maintaining quality.
- Navigate ambiguity and enforce pace in a complex organization.
- Engage with stakeholders at C-suite level effectively.
- Utilize delivery tooling such as Jira or Confluence to streamline processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Technical Delivery Manager role or similar.
- Strong background in technology or digital transformation programmes.
- Solid understanding of agile and scaled delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly at C-suite level.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex organizations.
- Strong technical acumen to bridge gaps between engineering and business teams.
- Experience with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
