Overview
We are seeking a Senior QA Specialist to join our team in delivering innovative financial technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring significant QA experience, engage closely with internal and external stakeholders, and contribute to enhancing our test strategy and automation practices. This role focuses on ensuring quality across our projects while fostering a collaborative culture within the team.
Responsibilities
- Propose, create, and enhance the project's test strategy while considering the test automation approach.
- Challenge existing practices and promote QA best practices across the team.
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases, providing critical analysis of test results.
- Collaborate with other QA team members and the development team to enhance automated tests and maximize test coverage.
- Work with Development and DevOps teams to improve test automation tools and solutions.
- Educate the team on quality responsibility and focus on value-add testing tasks rather than routine checks.
Requirements
- Significant experience in a QA role with a strong understanding of Agile SDLC.
- Ability to derive test cases from functional and technical designs.
- Experience with TDD/BDD and test automation using tools such as Cypress, Playwright, or WebdriverIO.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a comfort level in engaging with various stakeholders.
- Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize QA processes and enhance quality.
