Overview
We are seeking experienced AWS DevOps Engineers to join our team on an initial 6-month contract basis. This role involves working on significant projects focused on AWS and the integration of AI into the software development lifecycle (SDLC), as well as addressing various issues within the AWS environment. Engineers will collaborate with project teams to enhance operational workflows and deliver solutions in a hybrid work setting, attending the Manchester office a few times per month.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to design and implement AWS solutions.
- Address and resolve operational issues within the AWS environment.
- Utilize Terraform and GitHub Actions for infrastructure as code deployments.
- Contribute to the adoption and integration of AI technologies in the SDLC.
- Monitor performance and optimize existing AWS infrastructure.
Requirements
- Proven experience with AWS services and architecture.
- Familiarity with serverless computing and related technologies.
- Experience using Terraform for infrastructure management.
- Knowledge of GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
