Overview
We are looking for experienced Enterprise / Domain Architects to lead architecture initiatives within several strategic transformation programmes. The successful candidates will collaborate closely with business and technology stakeholders to define target architectures, support technology selection, and guide implementation processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy. This hybrid role requires occasional travel to programme locations and will contribute significantly to the delivery of programme objectives over an engagement period of approximately 4-6 months.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture activities across an omni-channel order management transformation programme.
- Define current-state and target-state architecture.
- Shape future order management capabilities and their integration across various business areas.
- Support discovery, procurement, RFI/RFP processes, and technology selection.
- Assess order management solutions and provide recommendations based on technical evaluations.
- Establish architecture governance and decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop non-functional requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture or Domain Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of retail business capabilities and associated technology landscapes.
- Experience working on complex transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with procurement and technology selection processes, including RFI and RFP.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and focused on delivery.
