Overview
We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to lead the development of cross-platform mobile applications. You will collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to build sophisticated, performant features for both iOS and Android, taking full responsibility for the entire mobile lifecycle from UI/UX translation to app store release. This remote role is a contract position with the potential for extension, offering the opportunity to work on impactful technology in the transport sector.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build sophisticated, highly scalable applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Write maintainable, well-structured, and efficient code with comprehensive automated test suites.
- Collaborate with backend engineers and product managers to define technical requirements and design features.
- Translate complex UI/UX designs into smooth and responsive mobile interfaces.
- Identify bottlenecks, resolve bugs, and optimize app execution for high performance and low latency.
- Oversee the entire development lifecycle from conception to deployment.
Requirements
- Proven background as a Mobile Engineer with expertise in Flutter and Dart.
- Experience integrating modern AI tooling into mobile workflows for development and testing.
- Familiarity with continuous integration, unit testing, widget testing, and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with product and backend teams.
