Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join a greenfield project in a highly regulated environment. The contractor will work with both front-end and back-end technologies to develop a new TypeScript codebase from the ground up, collaborating closely with the Technical Lead to drive technical decisions and ensure high engineering standards. Applicants must have active SC clearance due to the security requirements of the project.
Responsibilities
- Develop front-end applications using TypeScript and React.
- Implement back-end services with Node.js and PostgreSQL.
- Collaborate with the Technical Lead to define engineering standards and solutions.
- Create CI/CD pipelines and manage Docker containerization.
- Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure code quality.
- Support security measures including authentication and authorization protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and database management (PostgreSQL).
- Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with Docker for application deployment.
- Knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks.
- Active SC clearance is essential for this role.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently within Agile teams.
