Overview
As a Full Stack Engineer on the Engage team, you will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement through the development of innovative features on web and app platforms using modern AI technologies. Collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and UX designers, you will work in a hybrid environment, focusing on both frontend and backend functionalities, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects at a leading online travel agent while utilizing the latest Agentic AI methodologies to optimize user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to developing and optimizing user-facing features on public-facing web and app platforms.
- Help build, maintain, and scale backend services, including notification infrastructure and API connectivity.
- Translate product requirements and design mockups into responsive, accessible features using Agentic AI.
- Deliver clean, testable, and maintainable code primarily developed by AI agents.
- Participate actively in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Assist in monitoring system health and addressing bugs for optimal performance.
- Advocate for a collaborative working environment and engage in agile ceremonies.
- Work efficiently within timelines while ensuring high-quality code delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack or web development.
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
- Experience with server-side programming languages, particularly Java, and API consumption.
- Hands-on experience deploying features using Agentic AI technologies.
- Familiarity with the AWS stack and deployment tools like CloudFormation.
- Basic understanding of SQL or NoSQL databases and data modeling.
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
