Information Technology Project Manager

Overview

The IT Project Manager/Consultant will play a critical role in integrating an acquired business into a not-for-profit organization's housing finance operations. The successful candidate will work closely with both operational and technology stakeholders, ensuring smooth project governance and timely delivery while adapting to the impacts of data integration on housing finance interfaces. This hybrid role allows for two days of remote work per week.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the integration of housing finance systems following the acquisition of a business.
  • Collaborate with operational and technology stakeholders to assess project dependencies.
  • Implement project governance frameworks to ensure delivery to timelines and milestones.
  • Oversee the assessment of the impact of data integration on housing finance interfaces.
  • Facilitate process changes arising from identified differences between the acquired company and the host.
  • Coordinate with finance teams on rent setting and reporting codes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in implementing or transforming housing finance systems.
  • Strong understanding of the relationship between housing and asset management systems.
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects with various stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of project governance and timely delivery.
  • Familiarity with NEC housing systems is preferred but not required.
