Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to spearhead infrastructure projects related to divestitures, carve-outs, and M&A activities. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery, meeting critical deadlines and maintaining compliance standards. This position is office-based for two days per week and will last for six months.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure projects across divestiture and carve-out programmes.
- Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets and stakeholder communications.
- Lead TSA, network, identity, tenant, server and application infrastructure separation.
- Coordinate technical teams, suppliers and business stakeholders.
- Deliver multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong IT Infrastructure Project Management background.
- Proven experience in divestiture, carve-out, M&A or technology separation.
- Experience delivering to fixed Day 1 deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder, supplier and programme management skills.
- Ability to operate confidently in complex, fast-paced transformation environments.
