Overview
The Copilot Trainer will focus on embedding Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization to enhance user confidence and adoption. This role involves designing and delivering tailored training that empowers colleagues to effectively utilize Copilot in their daily workflows. The contractor will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless integration of Copilot capabilities, fostering a culture of best practices and responsible usage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a Copilot training plan aligned with business priorities.
- Create role-based learning pathways and self-serve resources for users.
- Run hands-on training sessions and virtual drop-in clinics for real-world application.
- Support the internal Champion Network by sharing use cases and best practices.
- Translate complex Copilot features into straightforward guidance for users.
- Gather user feedback and collaborate with teams to improve training effectiveness.
- Deliver regular adoption feedback reports and finalize an end-of-assignment handover pack.
Requirements
- Deep working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot and its applications.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering digital learning and technology adoption initiatives.
- Excellent presentation skills for live and virtual training formats.
- Ability to translate technical features into clear business use cases.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and data privacy.
- Comfortable creating resources quickly and managing competing priorities as features evolve.
