Overview
The role of the Copilot Trainer is to facilitate the adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot within the organization by designing and delivering tailored training programs. Working collaboratively with various stakeholders, the contractor will create engaging learning experiences that empower colleagues to utilize Copilot effectively and responsibly. The position focuses on moving users from basic awareness to sustained usage through interactive training sessions and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Copilot training plan aligned with business objectives.
- Create role-based learning pathways, quick reference guides, and self-serve resources.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and drop-in clinics for practical application of Copilot in workflows.
- Engage and support the internal Champion Network to share best practices and troubleshoot challenges.
- Translate complex features into simple, actionable guidance promoting responsible AI practices.
- Gather user feedback to identify barriers to adoption and collaborate with teams for continuous improvement.
- Generate training needs analysis and deliver regular adoption feedback reports.
Requirements
- Proven expertise with Microsoft 365 Copilot and its applications across the suite.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering digital learning or change enablement training.
- Strong presentation skills in both live and virtual training environments.
- Ability to convey technical content into understandable business cases.
- Understanding of responsible AI principles and data protection requirements.
- Capacity to manage multiple priorities and produce high-quality materials under tight deadlines.
