Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a £14 million new build project involving 10 small to medium industrial units. The successful candidate will work closely with the operational team of a Tier 2 main contractor focused on logistics and distribution projects across the UK. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality results within budget and timeline constraints.
Responsibilities
- Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution from initiation to completion.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to stay on track.
- Maintain stakeholder relationships, including clients and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present project proposals and reports.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the New Build sector, specifically in industrial or logistics projects.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects valued up to £10 million.
