Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer for a six-month contract, who will engage in hands-on infrastructure support and various technical projects, including migrations. This hybrid role involves working three days per week in the office and two days remotely, collaborating with project teams to deliver effective solutions in a global organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide general infrastructure support including troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Manage and administer virtualisation platforms such as Hyper-V and VMware.
- Handle network infrastructure tasks including configuration and management of Meraki, switching, and wireless technologies.
- Perform administration and support for core infrastructure services including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
- Administer and troubleshoot cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Manage storage solutions including SAN, NAS, and DAS, ensuring capacity management and maintenance.
- Utilize the ManageEngine product suite for operational efficiency where applicable.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on skills in virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V, VMware).
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure management, specifically with Meraki products.
- Experience with core services administration such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM.
- Proficient in cloud services management and administration, particularly Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with storage systems administration (Dell EMC, NetApp) is preferred.
- Knowledge of the ManageEngine product suite is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with three office days per week.
