Overview
We are seeking an Interim ERP Programme Manager with expertise in Epicor to oversee a critical enterprise systems implementation within a high-performance engineering organization. This role focuses on delivering program control and effective stakeholder leadership while coordinating internal teams and external partners. The contractor will work closely with various departments including engineering, operations, and IT, ensuring the successful integration and transformation of ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Epicor ERP across planning, execution, transition, and closure.
- Develop and manage an integrated programme plan covering ERP, data interfaces, dependencies, and vendor deliverables.
- Establish robust governance and management practices, including RAID management and executive reporting.
- Oversee vendor management and ensure alignment across multiple internal teams and external service providers.
- Drive improvements in data integration into ERP systems, including PLM and connected manufacturing solutions.
- Facilitate effective change management and communication strategies within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading ERP or enterprise software programmes, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
- Strong record of delivering complex transformations under high-pressure conditions.
- Demonstrated experience with Epicor ERP, particularly Epicor Kinetic.
- Knowledge of ERP data integration, systems interfacing, and familiarity with PLM, MES, or WMS systems.
- Exceptional vendor management and executive communication skills.
- Ability to manage and deliver results within tight deadlines.
