Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior FP&A Manager to join a dynamic and growing consumer business. In this role, you will work closely with the Commercial Finance team to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. This position offers high visibility and involves collaborating with various stakeholders to drive financial excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including P&L and cash flow planning.
- Own the commercial performance of omnichannel platforms such as Amazon and TikTok Shop.
- Prepare regular business performance reviews, integrating financial and operational data to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Support the preparation of senior management and Board-level reporting, simplifying complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Conduct scenario modeling and financial analysis for strategic initiatives, including investment and pricing decisions.
- Develop and optimize financial models and reporting processes for increased efficiency and visibility.
- Build strong partnerships with commercial and operational stakeholders, serving as a trusted finance advisor.
- Enhance FP&A systems and tools to better meet the needs of budget holders.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of finance experience with a focus on FP&A or commercial finance.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
- Experience in consumer, retail, e-commerce, or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Proven skills in commercial analysis, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.
- Ability to analyze multi-channel commercial performance and profitability.
- Strong partnership skills with senior management and operational stakeholders.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with experience working with complex data.
