Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic programmes. In this remote role, you will collaborate with multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment and governance while managing stakeholder engagement. Your expertise in programme management will drive the successful delivery of large-scale enterprise initiatives over an initial contract period extending to June 2027, with potential for further extensions.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the overall programme charter, integrating individual project charters.
- Establish the programme approach, master plan, and resource allocation model.
- Own the business case, tracking real value throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Provide weekly and monthly status reporting to senior leadership.
- Manage RAID logs and programme artefacts using Planview.
- Control the financial budget tracker, ensuring cost and scope management.
- Develop and execute a stakeholder engagement and communications strategy.
- Lead business change management activities and quality assurance processes.
Requirements
- Proven track record as an IT Programme Manager with experience in large-scale enterprise programmes.
- Hands-on expertise with Planview for governance and RAID management.
- Strong financial acumen in managing complex programme budgets and scope controls.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience operating within Outside IR35 contracting frameworks.
