Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Product Manager to oversee the development and implementation of payment and banking integration initiatives across global markets. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and business partners, to define product strategies and manage roadmaps, delivering innovative solutions in a dynamic fintech setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of payment integration initiatives across international markets.
- Define product strategy and manage product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with engineering and external partners to deliver payment solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of payment products, platforms, or APIs.
- Ensure alignment with banking partners and payment processors on integrations.
- Utilize Agile methodologies for product development.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to achieve product goals.
Requirements
- Have 7+ years of Product Management experience.
- Possess a strong background in Payments, Banking, and FinTech.
- Demonstrate experience in delivering payment products and integrating with platforms or APIs.
- Show proven track record working with banking partners and payment processors.
- Experience in Agile product delivery methodologies is essential.
- Familiarity with Open Banking, cross-border payments, and Faster Payments is desirable.
- Knowledge of card payments and embedded finance/BaaS is a plus.
