Overview
We are looking for an experienced Lead Technical Architect to oversee the architecture strategy and design for a 3-month contract. This fully remote position requires someone with a strong focus on enterprise integration and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and various delivery teams. The successful candidate will be pivotal in guiding technical solutions that align with strategic objectives while ensuring security and scalability are maintained throughout the architectural process.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of architecture strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Define integration architectures across APIs, microservices, and legacy systems.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Produce and review high-level designs and architecture documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and manage architectural risks.
- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and resilience requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading technical architecture and design.
- Strong enterprise integration experience across complex systems.
- Experience in developing architecture strategies and solution designs in large-scale environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within government or regulated environments.
- Active SC clearance is desirable, along with previous public sector experience.
