Overview
The Senior macOS / JAMF Consultant role focuses on leading the macOS Modern Desktop project for a prominent charity, aimed at enhancing their Mac infrastructure to align with corporate standards. The consultant will collaborate with the internal infrastructure team to create a secure, managed, and integrated Mac environment, utilizing their extensive experience with JAMF and macOS deployments.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the technical aspects of the JAMF implementation.
- Collaborate with the internal infrastructure team to design and improve the Mac desktop environment.
- Deliver a managed, secure, and integrated macOS system aligned with corporate standards.
- Oversee application packaging, patching, and compliance.
- Implement device management strategies including security protocols and enterprise integrations.
- Support the deployment of Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrolment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with JAMF Pro and macOS engineering.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise macOS environments.
- Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Automated Device Enrolment.
- Knowledge in application packaging, patching, and compliance processes.
- Experience with managing certificates, Wi-Fi, VPN, and enterprise integrations.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables.
