Overview
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant specializing in D365 Finance and Operations for a 6-month contract. The consultant will collaborate with finance and commercial accountants to improve financial processes and enhance automation within a multi-entity finance environment. The role involves assessing current setups and providing actionable recommendations to optimize finance operations across the business, working hybridly with one day a week onsite in London.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance and commercial accountants on accounts receivable/payable, revenue recognition, work in progress, and cash flow analysis.
- Review D365 F&O configuration to recommend process improvements across various legal entities.
- Resolve intercompany accounts receivable/payable and invoicing challenges for fixed-price or lump-sum contracts.
- Support the development of a scalable finance setup for future legal entity rollouts.
Requirements
- Expertise in D365 Finance and Operations with a strong accountancy background.
- Qualified accountancy certification (ACCA or equivalent) is required.
- Proven track record in delivering solutions across multiple legal entities using D365.
- Experience in implementing intercompany automation for fixed-price/lump-sum contracts is essential.
- Familiarity with D365 Project Operations is a plus.
