Overview
In this contract role, the Operating Model / TOM Consultant will collaborate with a digital and business transformation consultancy to implement a new operating model and organizational design for an enterprise-scale AI function. The consultant will focus on translating target designs into actionable governance structures and processes while driving change management and stakeholder engagement. This role operates at a senior consultant or manager level, emphasizing practical integration of strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of a new operating model and organization design.
- Define and embed governance frameworks, roles, responsibilities, and ways of working.
- Drive change management initiatives and engage stakeholders to support adoption.
- Translate target organizational designs into practical operations.
Requirements
- Experience as an independent consultant.
- Demonstrated experience in operating model design and implementation.
- Proficiency in change management, transformation, or organizational change.
- Ideally possess experience working with AI, product, or technology teams.
