Overview
This role offers a flexible 2-3 month contract for an Oracle Developer responsible for supporting the development and configuration of Oracle Service Cloud solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure effective integration with third-party applications. Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) applications according to business needs.
- Design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, and tables to enhance customer service workflows.
- Develop and implement business rules, workflows, and automation processes.
- Create and manage workspaces, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces for optimal user experience.
- Support data management activities, including maintaining data integrity through imports and exports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop aligned technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot platform and configuration issues to minimize downtime.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and development activities for compliance and future reference.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent commercial experience.
- Oracle Service Cloud certifications are desirable.
- Proven experience in developing and configuring Oracle Service Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of SQL, database design, and API integrations.
- Experience with data migration, system testing, and user acceptance testing processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills for platform and configuration issues.
