Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Field Service Consultant to perform an independent solution assurance review of an Oracle Field Service implementation. This contractor will evaluate the implementation's design, configuration, integrations, and overall field service processes while engaging with senior stakeholders to ensure implementation readiness and technical scalability. The position is set for a duration of 1.5 months and requires travel within the UK as necessary.
Responsibilities
- Review Oracle Field Service configuration, solution architecture, and design documentation.
- Assess the end-to-end field service processes including work management, dispatch, and technician mobility.
- Evaluate integrations between Oracle Field Service and various Oracle and third-party applications.
- Examine the technical architecture, performance, and scalability of the solution.
- Conduct workshops with project stakeholders to identify solution gaps and risks.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve solution quality and operational effectiveness.
- Produce assurance findings and risk assessments for executive review.
- Collaborate with project leadership and technical teams to validate findings and support remediation planning.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience with significant expertise in Oracle Field Service (OFS).
- Experience in delivering multiple full lifecycle Oracle Field Service implementations.
- Strong knowledge of OFS configuration, solution design, and service operations.
- Proven capabilities in routing, scheduling, and work order management.
- Understanding of inventory management and technician mobility.
- Familiarity with integrations of Oracle Field Service and other Oracle solutions.
