Overview
As an Oracle Functional Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of a critical Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM implementation project, working in a hybrid environment with a focus on delivery excellence. This role involves leading functional workstreams and managing service transition while collaborating with both business and technical teams to ensure process integrity across various core functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional delivery to translate business requirements into robust, scalable solutions.
- Coordinate functional workstreams ensuring end-to-end process integrity.
- Provide leadership to consultants and foster collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Manage AMS/production support, service transition, and hypercare exit criteria.
- Govern SLA adherence, and manage incident/problem/change processes.
- Influence design decisions and promote innovative working methods.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading functional delivery on large Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- 7+ years of Oracle ERP/EPM functional delivery experience, including 4+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience in at least one full lifecycle of Fusion ERP/EPM implementation or major rollout.
- Strong understanding of data migration, reporting, security, and testing dependencies from a functional perspective.
