Overview
The Senior Project Planner will play a key role in a specialist consultancy, supporting a significant water design programme for a multi-million-pound treatment works. This position involves working on major infrastructure projects, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective project planning and execution, while utilizing their expertise in utilities and civil engineering.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans for major infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with teams to analyze and assess design processes.
- Conduct Time Impact Analysis to evaluate project timelines.
- Utilize Primavera P6 for scheduling and project tracking.
- Implement NEC standards within project frameworks.
- Provide expert insights to improve project planning processes.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project planning for major infrastructure or utilities.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and regulations.
- Familiarity with Time Impact Analysis methodologies.
- Expertise in using Primavera P6 for project scheduling.
