Overview
We are seeking an experienced PMO for a 6-month contract focused on a major systems transformation programme migrating from a legacy system to Salesforce. The contractor will work remotely and closely with delivery leads and workstream teams to ensure effective governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication leading up to the project's go-live in January.
Responsibilities
- Collate and produce regular project status reports across all workstreams.
- Track and report on overall project health (RAG status) ahead of go live.
- Coordinate updates from workstream and delivery leads into a single view for stakeholders.
- Create and maintain PMO templates, trackers, and governance documentation.
- Support stakeholder communication and management across business and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Proven PMO or project support experience, ideally on a system migration or implementation programme.
- Strong reporting skills and confidence in producing RAG status updates for senior stakeholders.
- Experience in creating and maintaining PMO templates and governance frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Immediately available or on very short notice.
- UK based, able to work Outside IR35.
