Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Change Manager to lead change management activities for a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme. This role will focus on ensuring business readiness and stakeholder engagement, working in collaboration with Finance teams and SAP functional consultants. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating the transition to S/4HANA within the finance workstream, ensuring organizational alignment and adoption for long-term success.
Responsibilities
- Lead Change Management activities across the SAP Finance workstream.
- Develop and execute change, communication, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
- Assess business impacts and identify key areas requiring change.
- Drive business readiness and adoption across Finance teams.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business acceptance activities.
- Develop training materials, user guidance, and communications.
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders, project teams, and SAP functional consultants.
- Provide clear reporting on change readiness, risks, and adoption to programme leadership.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP Change Management.
- Previous experience working on SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Good understanding of SAP Finance / S/4HANA Finance processes.
- Experience delivering business readiness, communications, and training activities.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience coordinating UAT and supporting business adoption.
- Ability to work effectively across Finance, IT, and business teams.
