Overview
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to join a Commodities trading firm specializing in Freight, LNG, and Logistics trading. In this role, you will manage a suite of digital products used by internal traders and clients, ensuring that product delivery aligns with business needs and market opportunities. You will collaborate closely with traders and external partners to gather requirements, prioritize development, and facilitate product enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day product management of digital products for trading and client use.
- Collaborate with internal traders to gather and shape product requirements.
- Own the delivery roadmap and ensure timely progress through agile refinement stages.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to facilitate effective product development.
- Engage in prioritization discussions to track and review product metrics.
- Serve as the main liaison for internal traders and handle external client requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Physical Trading, Freight, LNG, and Logistics.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Ability to manage and prioritize product backlogs effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and external clients.
- Familiarity with product metrics tracking and analysis.
