Overview
We are seeking a Product Owner with expertise in Physical LNG, Freight, and Cargo Trading to join a leading maritime and commodities trading firm. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal traders and external partners to oversee the management of digital products that facilitate trading activities. Your focus will be on ensuring these products meet business needs, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving the success of the trading team.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day product management of digital products utilized by the trading team and clients.
- Collaborate with internal traders to gather, shape, and prioritize product requirements.
- Develop and maintain the delivery roadmap to ensure timely project execution.
- Write user stories and lead refinement sessions with the engineering team.
- Monitor product performance by tracking and reviewing relevant metrics.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal trader inquiries and external client requests.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a trading or commodities environment.
- Strong knowledge of Physical LNG, Freight, and Logistics trading principles.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements.
- Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.
