Overview
As a Salesforce Administrator for a well-established media and entertainment business, you will play a vital role in enhancing the governance of the Salesforce platform while supporting an expanding team. This contract role focuses on user and security management, automation, and data quality, and involves collaboration with the development team to ensure optimal platform functionality during a period of growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage user access and security settings within Salesforce.
- Build and maintain Flows and declarative automation.
- Ensure data quality and accurate reporting across the platform.
- Oversee release management processes within sandboxes.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot Apex code as needed.
- Support the wider team by identifying areas for automation and efficiency improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a technical role.
- Strong background in building and maintaining Flows and declarative automation.
- Working knowledge of Apex for code troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with sandbox management and change set processes is preferred.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus, but not required.
- Experience in the media or entertainment industry is advantageous.
