Overview
The SAP Build and Integration Lead will spearhead the integrations, extensions, and build workstream within a significant SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. This senior delivery role requires strategic oversight and coordination with various stakeholders, including internal technology teams and third-party suppliers, to ensure successful integration and build activities are executed seamlessly and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery across SAP integrations, extensions, and build activities.
- Own the program's Integration and Extensions strategies.
- Manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and the critical path.
- Establish build governance and monitor progress and quality.
- Own the WRICEF log and review functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with architecture, functional teams, system integrators, and third parties.
- Ensure integrations are prepared for testing, cutover, and go-live.
Requirements
- Proven experience in leading integration and build on major SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Strong understanding of modern SAP integration and extension approaches.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, APIs, middleware, and hybrid landscapes.
- Expertise in managing complex delivery plans and challenging delivery partners effectively.
- Technical credibility to guide discussions without direct hands-on development involvement.
- Experience working with both S/4HANA and legacy platforms.
