Overview
The Secure Infrastructure Consultant will play a pivotal role in a high-assurance defence project, focusing on the design, assurance, installation, and accreditation of secure facilities. Collaborating with various stakeholders, this role requires deep expertise in secure infrastructure beyond just networks. The consultant will leverage their experience in SCIDA and TEMPEST to ensure compliance with security standards and contribute to the strategic implementation of secure systems.
Responsibilities
- Support secure network design and technical assurance for candidate buildings.
- Lead SCIDA activities and associated design and assurance requirements.
- Advise on TEMPEST requirements and provide technical assurance.
- Oversee physical network installation.
- Ensure secure infrastructure meets required security and assurance standards.
- Provide technical assurance from design through installation and accreditation.
Requirements
- Active SC clearance required.
- Proven experience delivering secure facilities or infrastructure within Defence or Critical National Infrastructure (CNI).
- Working knowledge of SCIDA and TEMPEST frameworks.
- Experience in delivering secure network installations from design through to accreditation.
- Strong technical assurance capabilities and confidence to collaborate across design, installation and security stakeholders.
