Overview
The Senior AI Engineer will work on a contract basis within a major global financial institution, focusing on transforming advanced AI capabilities into practical solutions for trading. This role will involve the development of AI-driven trading recommendations using client behavioral data and market predictions, and will include building and deploying solutions with Python and machine learning frameworks. The contractor will collaborate with various teams in AI, trading, FX, and digital sales sectors to deliver impactful projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI-driven trading recommendations using client behavioral data and market predictions.
- Build and deploy production-ready solutions using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Evaluate and deploy AI/ML models utilizing real business data.
- Implement data pipelines to ensure reliable AI deployment.
- Monitor and govern models through rigorous testing and evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on additional AI projects in trading and digital sales.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python and production-grade code development.
- Experience in building, evaluating, and deploying AI/ML models.
- Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and AI-assisted coding tools.
- Understanding of model evaluation, testing, and production governance.
- Experience with data pipelines for AI deployment.
- Knowledge of financial services or capital markets is a plus.
