Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive Salesforce expertise to drive a significant technology initiative for a well-established, multi-site organization operating in the UK and Europe. This role will involve collaborating with senior stakeholders and technical teams to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions, while leading workshops and designing user stories. The ideal candidate will work primarily on-site for four days a week, guiding the project through its lifecycle over a 12-month contract period.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements workshops with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Map and analyze current and future-state processes, considering cross-functional technology impacts.
- Own and develop standardized user stories and functional designs.
- Influence solution design while closely collaborating with developers and architects.
- Track and report on project delivery, quality assurance, and system impacts throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 5 years at a senior level in complex technical environments.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Salesforce, preferably with Sales and Service Cloud certification.
- Experience with Azure DevOps is essential; familiarity with Microsoft Azure SaaS/PaaS is a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable impacts; ability to discuss quantitative achievements.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations and delivering results independently while maintaining a satisfactory pace.
