- Analyse customer funnels, conversion, retention and product performance.
- Understand the impact of product launches and changes across the customer journey.
- Turn data into clear recommendations that influence commercial and product decisions.
- Proactively identify opportunities and insights, rather than waiting for reporting requests.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple locations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Strong SQL skills.
- Experience in a product, commercial, growth or customer-focused analytics role.
- Ability to interpret data, build a point of view and influence stakeholders.
- Proactive, independent approach with strong communication skills.
- Nice to have: Python experience for deeper analysis.
- Exposure to data pipelines or data engineering.
- Experience in digital health, consumer products or subscription businesses.
