Overview
We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant for a contract role focused on leading high-profile Business Central projects. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions within Dynamics 365 Business Central. This position involves guiding junior consultants, overseeing project lifecycles, and ensuring successful client training and support throughout the implementation process.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-profile D365 Business Central projects to deliver tailored solutions.
- Configure D365 Business Central in alignment with client business processes.
- Support clients with data migration and end-to-end testing activities.
- Provide end-user training and coaching based on client requirements.
- Participate in go-live cutover exercises and validate data reconciliation.
- Guide project communication with customers and project managers.
- Conduct design and architecting sessions with fellow consultants.
- Mentor junior consultants to support their professional development.
Requirements
- Proven experience with full lifecycle Dynamics 365 implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of D365 Business Central, especially in Finance and/or Manufacturing.
- Strong facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
- Ability to design, configure, and validate Business Central solutions.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and AI tools like Power BI and SSRS.
- Hands-on experience with ISV extensions for Business Central, especially in finance or supply chain.
- Experience with Dynaway is an added advantage.
