Overview
The Cyber Learning Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of a large-scale cyber awareness and compliance program within a global organization. This position involves coordinating various learning initiatives, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and leveraging tools to enhance cyber security training and compliance efforts. The successful candidate will ensure effective delivery and tracking of training programs, while maintaining high standards of quality and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of the cyber security awareness and learning program.
- Administer Learning Management Systems (LMS), including MetaCompliance.
- Manage training scheduling, campaign execution, and content deployment.
- Oversee learning operations, ensuring completion tracking and compliance reporting.
- Conduct data quality management, validation, and preparation for audits.
- Utilize Excel and learning platform data for reporting and analysis.
- Facilitate content localisation, translation coordination, and version control.
- Document processes, create runbooks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience in cyber awareness, learning management, or compliance training.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), particularly MetaCompliance.
- Strong skills in training scheduling and campaign management.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting using Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination and cross-functional communication.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and issue resolution processes.
