Overview
The Senior PMO Analyst will be integral to supporting a large-scale business and technology transformation programme in the insurance sector. They will work collaboratively to provide PMO governance, facilitate portfolio reporting, manage financial oversight, and engage with stakeholders in a complex change environment. This role calls for a seasoned professional who can navigate both programme and portfolio levels to enhance delivery performance.
Responsibilities
- Support programme governance and ensure compliance with standards.
- Facilitate portfolio reporting and analysis for decision-making.
- Manage financial oversight, including forecasting and reporting.
- Assist with annual portfolio and business planning processes.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders to communicate progress and challenges.
- Drive the implementation and optimization of PPM tools as needed.
- Provide robust support in a complex change environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior PMO Analyst in complex change environments.
- Strong governance experience at portfolio and programme levels.
- Excellent skills in financial management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience with annual portfolio or business planning processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in the insurance sector is highly desirable.
- Exposure to Guidewire Claims programmes is advantageous.
- Experience supporting the implementation of PPM tools beneficial.
