Overview
The Senior PMO Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting a significant transformation programme while contributing to broader Enterprise PMO activities. Working remotely with occasional meetings and workshops, the analyst will bolster governance, enhance planning processes, manage reporting duties, and ensure effective delivery within a complex change environment. Responsibilities
- Maintain programme governance and reporting cycles.
- Manage programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.
- Track risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions (RAID), ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate governance activities across multiple workstreams.
- Support portfolio reporting and management information activities.
- Contribute to PMO frameworks, standards, and governance processes.
- Promote consistent reporting and project controls across the organisation.
Requirements
- Proven PMO experience within large-scale transformation or change programmes.
- Strong experience in planning, RAID management, and milestone reporting.
- Ability to produce high-quality executive and governance reports.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a capacity to challenge constructively.
- Experience supporting portfolio reporting and delivery assurance activities.
- Familiarity with operational or technology platforms, including testing and data management.
