Overview
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CPQ Consultant to join a dynamic project team on a contract basis. The consultant will leverage their expertise in ServiceNow CPQ and related technologies to meet client needs and enhance operational processes. This remote position will focus on delivering high-quality solutions within a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Implement ServiceNow CPQ solutions to enhance client operations.
- Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze client requirements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow CPQ applications according to specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and support during the implementation process.
- Develop documentation and user guides for end-users.
- Conduct training sessions to ensure user adoption of the system.
- Troubleshoot issues and perform system upgrades as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience with ServiceNow CPQ and SOMT.
- Familiarity with Logic.AI and OMT.
- Strong technical skills in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications.
- Ability to understand and translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
- Experience with remote project delivery and collaboration tools.
- Contract experience outside of IR35 regulations.
